EMS ALS Guide App Reviews

It really was the electronic version of the flip guide. Now all I see is a black screen where the topics are. Pretty much useless now.

I contacted customer support about the blank topics screen months ago. They were very apologetic and prompt in response. I was assured that they were looking into the issue and a correction would be made. They offered a refund, but I chose to wait it out between semesters...hoping for an update. Still nothing. Sad face.

This ap has plain worked for me. Easy to use and quick load time. Iphone 6. Would rate 5 stars if ap had ability to input my own protocols

Still messed up the update is useless. black screen still, waste of money.

Idk what you guys did, but the update eliminated 90% of the content in the app. Please fix!!

If you close the app from a certain topic you cannot go to the main menu when you reopen the app.

Great content, but if you close the app from a page, you are unable to open the app and go back to the main screen without deleting the app and re-downloading it.

Buttons dont work, search button takes you to bookmarks, no home content screen. Messed up.

App is a bit buggy but the info is the same as my pocket brain. I like the peds dosing calcs the most so far

Anyone in EMS knows about Jones & Bartlett EMS guides. They know and trust the information and most of us are use to flipping through the small spiral bound pages to find the information we need. This app has all the same information, just laid out differently. I have had this app for several years and have not experienced the problems that the other reviewers have experienced. The app has never crashed, and Ive always been able to get back to the main menu. The only thing I would change is to tweak the layout. Sometimes you have to go four or five pages deep to get to a particular piece of information. This is time consuming. Other than that...I really enjoy this app!

Ive used this app many times and now all of a sudden it has no content!!! Please fix ASAP! All I have on my app is a notepad.:-( sad.
